什么叫寒衣节?

农历十月初一，俗称秋祭、寒衣节，民众称为鬼头日。寒衣节与清明节、中元节并称中国三大鬼节。《诗经·七月》曾提到“七月流火，九月授衣”，意思是说天逐渐冷了，人们该为逝去的亲人添置御寒的衣裳了，因此农历十月初一又称授衣节。

寒衣节是哪天?寒衣节是11月22日，也就是农历的十月一日。

什么叫寒衣节?十月初一，也是冬天的第一天，此后气候渐渐寒冷。人们怕在冥间的祖先灵魂缺衣少穿，因此，祭祀时除了食物、香烛、纸钱等一般供物外，还有一种不可缺少的供物——冥衣。在祭祀时，人们把冥衣焚化给祖先，叫做“送寒衣”。因此，十月初一，又称为“烧衣节”。

后来，有的地方，“烧寒衣”的习俗，就有了一些变迁，不再烧寒衣，而是“烧包袱”人们把许多冥纸封在一个纸袋之中，写上收者和送者的名字以及相应称呼，这就叫“包袱”。有寒衣之名，而无寒衣之实。人们认为冥间和阳间一样，有钱就可以买到许多东西。

送寒衣的方法各地不同，一般比较简单的是把寒衣带到坟茔烧化，或者于晚间在门前烧化。比较郑重的是作封包，把寒衣及纸钱等装在里面，包封写明收寒衣者的姓字、行辈以及寄发人等，就像寄信和发邮包一样。

寒衣节自古有之。据考证，早在周朝时，农历十月初一是腊祭日，这天要举行隆重的祭祀活动。《诗经·豳风·七月》曾提到“七月流火，九月授衣”，意思是说从九月开始天逐渐要冷了，人们该添置御寒的衣裳了(因此十月初一又俗称授衣节)。不过，前代授衣多在夏历九月，日期不确定。

“十月一，送寒衣”。农历十月初一，谓之“十月朝”、“十月朔”，又称“祭祖节”、“烧衣节”、“寒衣节”。农历十月一日与春季的清明节、秋季的中元节，并称为中国一年之中的三大鬼节。

春夏秋冬往复循环，十月为孟冬。十月一日是进入寒冬季节的第一天。由生者的御寒加衣，想到死者的防冷需要。于是产生了“十月一，送寒衣”的风俗。在外地，有将纸裁成衣服的样子后烧掉的，在洛阳则主要是烧五色纸，意在为故去的亲人送衣服料子。与此同时，人们还会在路边烧一些五色纸，意为向那些没有子孙的孤魂送寒衣，是行善之举。

凡属送给死者的衣物、冥钞诸物，都必须烧焚，只有烧的干干净净，这些阳世的纸张，才能转化为阴曹地府的绸缎布匹、房舍衣衾及金银铜钱。只要有一点没有烧尽，就前功尽弃、亡人不能使用。所以十月一日烧寒衣，要特别认真细致。这种行动虽然看来好笑，却也反映了生者对亡人的哀思与崇敬，属于一种精神上的寄托。

我们讲完后又听了三组便开始投票了。我们给法国和英国组还有俄罗斯族打CALL，我们小组一共获得三票。接下来便是做题环节，老师给我们每个小组一张试卷，我飞快地做着试卷，没错，全程都是我一个人在做，因为我英语在班上也算出类拔萃吧，而其他人就在旁为我加油打气。做完后，我检查了一遍就上交了，是第二个做完的。

Mother's DayMother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with cards, gifts and flowers. In many countries, such as Denmark, Finland, Italy, Turkey, Australia and the US, people cel lebrate Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May while many other countries of the world celebrate their own Mother’s day at different times through out the year.

One of the best ways to celebrate Mother’s Day is to give your mom the day off. Let her relax with the rest of the family doing all the housework. Usually, dad and the kids will let mom sleep late that morning as they go into the kitchen to prepare her favourite breakfast. Never forget to place a vase with a single flower on the table beside the food. The kids can pick up the flower from the garden or buy one from the shop. Arrange everything nicely before mom wakes up. Some families will carry the food and mom’s favourite sections from the newspaper to her bedroom so that mom can have breakfast in bed. Presents and cards from the kids can be handed to mom by themselves or just placed on the dining table.

After breakfast, go anywhere mom likes to go. Shopping, swimming or going on a picnic in the garden. Make a special Mother’s Day dinner or take mom out for a great meal in a famous restaurant she loves most.

My Mother isa kind and gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without complaining.

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young, she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes silver white, but she works as hard as ever.

Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. If you do not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society." What piece of good advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

母亲节(Mother's Day)

Today is Mother's Day. I know some of my classmates are going to help their mothers with the housework，others are going to buy some flowers for their mothers. I want to say to her that I love her very much. But as a boy，it is a bit difficult for me to show my heart. I think only girls can do that.

My mother is very kind. She takes care of me day and night. She spends little money， but buys anything for me that I need.

This time I must show my love. I am going to give her a card and write like this，"I love you， mother!" I am going to put it under her pillow.

My mother is sixty-three years old， and for the last forty year she has been the village doctor。 She has a small clinic that she prepares medicine and treats small injuries，and also sells canned powder milk。

Our house has people in and out at all hours of the day and night。

The villagers always like to come to her clinic to see the doctor and to meet their neighbors， too。

Almost all the villagers come to my mother when their baby is due。 My mother is very good at predicting the day the baby will come。

Sometimes my mother will not get enough sleep if the babies come late at night or early in the morning。

There are special rooms for the mother and baby， and usually they stay at the doctor's house about twenty-four hours。

We always like to see the new babies get their first bath because they look so red and small。

All the village people know and trust my mother because she is such a quiet， kind，and experienced friend of theirs。
