有些人对感恩教育还不大明白。那么，究竟什么是感恩教育呢？我们曾被哪些事情感动过呢？我想起以前看过的一个真实的故事：1976年唐山大地震，几十万活泼的生命，随房屋的轰然倒塌，霎时归为沉寂。在清理废墟中，人们发现了一件震撼人心的事：许多年轻的母亲，都把孩子紧紧护在怀中，僵硬为辉煌的雕塑在这生死关头，她们最先想到的是孩子，几乎在同一时间，用同一种方式，以自我的血肉之躯来保护小生命，想抵挡死神坚硬的打击。孩子们在母亲的怀里虽然永远闭上了眼睛，身体却毫发未伤。这是一种多么伟大的母爱啊！她们永远把孩子放在第一位，因为爱孩子，而忽略了自我的一切，甚至是生命。我相信各位同学的父母在遇到这种状况时，也会这样做的，因为我们是他们的孩子，他们关心我们胜过关心自我。

感恩，它虽说是一个行为动词，但它不止需要行动，更重要的是需要做到真心实意。简单地说，感恩便是感激，发自内心的感激。你们知道每年11月的第四个星期四是什么节日吗？是美国的感恩节。每年的那时，美国人都要感谢上帝。而对我们高中生而言，我们也要感谢“上帝”，不过，这是赋予我们生命的“上帝”——我们的父母。
我与大多数人一样，从小到大最疼爱自己，最值得感谢的便是自己的亲生父母，他们无论在物质上还是精神上都对我的成长起了至关重要的作用，自然，感谢他们对我那如天高，似海深的思情是理所当然的。
